Optimum Smooth Flow Precision Nozzle

Nordson EFD’s Optimum® SmoothFlow™ stainless steel precision nozzles are ideal for fluid dispensing applications in the compact camera module (CCM), LED, semiconductor, automotive electronics, and high-precision industrial markets. Machined for tight tolerances, the reusable precision nozzles offer orifice sizes from 100 to 500 µm for micro-deposit dispensing. For even finer deposit sizes, the Optimum Ceramic MicroDot™ tip features a 50 µm orifice diameter. In addition, EFD precision nozzles can be customized for your application with options such as side nozzles, long-tapered nozzles, and shower nozzles. A special nozzle-stabilizing fixture is available for automated dispensing using a syringe and air- powered dispenser. This fixture holds the nozzle in place, keeping it in a stable position so the dispensing height is constant for barrel changeout.
