DOSMART ACThe DOSmart AC are high precision dosing pumps with intelligent design features that allow for highly accurate dosing of liquids with extensive regulation and high suction capacity. Ideal for applications across a range of industries in the agricultural, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and textile sectors. The intelligent design features a controller to enable changes to be made seamlessly via on screen protocols or controlled remotely via Modbus control. These units also feature safety lock out to prevent unauthorised changes being made to pump set up ensuring peace of mind as well as a smooth and safe operation. The pump head is capable of being manufactured in several configurations allowing the pump to be used with a wide variety of aggressive, volatile, flammable, or inert chemicals. Units are modular in design enabling pumps to provide a flow ranging from 1.5 to 60 l/h. The DOSmart AC is designed for extreme precision and accuracy whilst being capable of handling viscous products, including acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents, oils, chemicals, and food making it suitable for applications within the food, chemicals, agricultural, water treatment sectors and more.
