Despite their portability, they are extremely robust and a very useful tool to have on site for any dewatering applications. There are various models within this range with solids handling capability up to 10mm. The largest model within this range is capable of achieving flow rates up to 150m³/hr and heads up to 52m. These dewatering submersible pumps are compact and narrow meaning they can fit down narrow wells. They are available with various impeller designs depending if high flow rates and low heads are required or low flow rates and high heads are required. Common applications for the HD sump pump include; civil engineering, storm water sewers, dewatering of newly dug tunnels or ground works, general dewatering of areas containing solids, site applications requiring a mobile pump unit.
