Despite their portability, they are extremely robust and a very useful tool to have on site for any slurry dewatering applications. This series is equipped with a cast iron agitator to stir slurries and allow easy passage through the pump without clogging. There are various models within this range with solids handling capability up to 10mm. The largest model within this range is capable of achieving flow rates up to 144m³/hr and heads up to 33m. These dewatering submersible pumps are compact and narrow meaning they can fit down narrow wells. They are installed with a High chrome alloy impeller and silicon carbide double mechanical seals for abrasion resistance Common applications for the HD sump pump include; civil engineering, storm water sewers, dewatering of newly dug tunnels or ground works, general dewatering of areas containing solids, site applications requiring a mobile pump unit.
