This AODD pump comes with a mechanically polished stainless steel 316 body that has a roughness of less than 0,8?m and comes installed with PTFE diaphragms. Therefore, all parts that come into contact with the pumped fluid are of hygienic standard. The pump connections come Tri clamp as standard. Everything about this pump has been designed to be as easy to clean as possible. It has a quick emptying system to assist with CIP. The pump can be rotated 360° to ensure that all the fluid exits the pump and there is as low risk of contamination as possible. The Saniboxer has a patented easy clean valve system. The operator can easily and quickly undo clamps and remove the valves for cleaning, there are no threads involved that can encourage contamination. This 3A positive displacement pump can self-prime, dry run, handle fluids with viscosities up to 15000cp and has a solids passage up to 4mm; this allows it to be used for a wide range of applications within the food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The gentle pumping action also means it is excellent for handling shear sensitive fluids. The Saniboxer AODD pump can run dry for long periods and is capable of self-priming up to 4m vertically. The flow rates from this hygienic diaphragm pump can be varied very easily by altering the air pressure entering the motor; this versatility allows the operator the ability to dispense very precise flow rates if required. The Saniboxer AODD pump can achieve varying flow rates up to 120L/min. The patented technology in the air motor ensures that the pump will not stall if there is a significant drop in air pressure entering the motor.
