Viscoflux LiteThe Viscoflux Lite is the latest addition to the Flux progressive cavity range designed for high-viscosity substances which would normally be difficult to transfer from ISO drums and containers. Just like other pumps within the Flux line-up, the Lite leaves less than 1% of substances left in a drum. Ease of use and intuitive design has become a staple of the Flux range and that is no different with the Viscoflux Lite. The unit is easily maintained and cleaned and due to the design of the unit it can be used in low ceiling rooms, with the mobility of the pump increasing efficiency even more. How the Viscoflux Lite works is down to its three main components, the worm-drive pump with motor, centring plate and follower plate. The steps to use are easy followed and require little training, firstly the follower plate with seal is placed within the container being emptied, after which the centring plate is placed followed by the pump through the plates ready to begin operation. The follower plate is then pushed down within the container which decreases the residue left.
