Viscoflux Mobile SThe Viscoflux Mobile S is the latest addition to the Flux range designed to be an efficient mobile drum emptying system, that is ideal but not limited to use in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries. The pump is capable of handling high-viscosity, paste-like and non-self-flowing substances out of a wide range of drums and containers either with or without aseptic bags and can transfer substances low-shear and continuously. Similar to the rest of the Flux range, the Mobile S leaves less than 1% of residue left in containers, greatly increasing efficiency and cost savings, whilst also remaining intuitive to operate, maintain and clean further decreasing costs and down-time. The pump can also operate in wet and damp environments with class IP66 certified protection. The Mobile S is a stand-alone system that can be manoeuvred into position and locked in place allowing for fast operation and set-up. The system contains a process device and pump unit with motor, eccentric worm-drive pump and a follower plate with seal that decreases residue left behind.
