Shinsei Hallo EM21 Hand Held Electronic Label Applicator.

This label applicator makes labelling quicker and more convenient.  You can use standard labels on a roll with gaps between the labels.  No black registration line are required on the labels.

You simply insert your roll of labels and feed the backing paper through the rollers at the rear of the unit.  Now set the the length of label using the dial on the front of the applicator and you are all set.

As well as a label applicator you can turn the rear stay and sit the unit upright to use as a label dispenser.  You simply take one label from the dispenser by hand then another is automatically dispensed for you.

The EN21 can dispense or apply labels with a total width (including backing paper) of between 23mm and 52mm.  Most rolls of labels have 1.5mm of backing paper on eith side of the labels so the max label width is usually 49mm).  The labels need to be 17mm or more in length.

Each battery charge is enough to dispense around 15 rolls of labels
