November 2013 - New order to produce Water Valve Castings on a rolling monthly basis.

Novacast is successful in being chosen to supply a new range of stainless steel 316 water valves for a leading UK manufacturer .. The valves will be in 2”, 3”, 4” and 6”, they will be manufactured using the silica investment process The valves will be supplied fully machined and pressure tested. Our customer set us a challenge in being able to achieve a fast delivery for samples, the first challenge being to make the 4 sets of tooling in 25 days beginning the 1st December, we have achieved this by employing 4 tool making shops and have successfully finished the tooling today,24th December. We are looking forward to 2014 and manufacturing these parts , our agreement will be to store 1 month of product in our warehousing to ensure continuity of supply therefore allowing our customer to supply product very quickly if needed.
