Butters UK MIG welding machine - 180A
Butters automotive targeted machine - this machine may look small but its insides are mighty. The control PCB is the same as used in the 460a Butters Powerweld. Other parts as a small example that are the same as the industrial versions are the driver rollers, gas solenoid and central connector.
All Butters-UK welding machines are made in the UK with the vast majority of parts sourced from the UK too! Any parts that cannot be sourced from the UK are brought in from Europe. No other countries are used to make these machines.
This machine would be ideal for a typical car garage through to the keen DIY'er who appreciates quality kit. It will happily run 0.6 and 0.8mm wire on either a 5kg or 15kg spool. The rear of the machine has a gas bottle stand which will support a Y size bottle from BOC, X30S from Air Products or a rent free 'Original' bottle from Hobbyweld.
Included with this machine will be a 3m earth lead and 3m Butters MB15 type 3m torch. Butters work on the principle that you will already have a regulator however if you need another please see the related items below.
With a warranty of 2 years on internals there really is nothing to go wrong with these machines and while they do cost a bit more initially they will be very likely to cost you a lot less in the long run.
