The wire rollers are fully electrically insulated and completely finger safe thanks to no exposed gearing. All the case panel parts are precision laser cut providing an excellent neat fit. A large fan to the rear of the machine and full copper windings achieve a 40% duty cycle at 400 amps.
This machine works on a single power source and a separate wire feed unit. The length of interconnect as standard is 3m but is also available as a 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m length.
The feed unit itself (the XL Feed) runs from 0-22 meters per minute which is the fastest feeder in its size. As you would have come to expect from Butters feed units, the feed rollers work on a 4 roll drive system on 0.6mm through to 1.2mm.
This machine will support a full size gas bottle and a full 15kg spool.
Included with this machine will be a 3m earth lead and 4m Butters MB25 type torch. Butters work on the principle that you will already have a regulator however if you need another please see the related items below.
With a warranty of 2 years on internals there really is nothing to go wrong with these machines and while they do cost a bit more initially they will be very likely to cost you a lot less in the long run.
