This heavy duty screw type earth clamp is much less susceptible to being knocked and no longer providing the circuit continuity and current carrying capacity that typical low cost "crocodile clamps" can achieve. The screw type clamp can be knocked and pulled without affecting the connection. The heavy duty clamp pictured is rated to work with machines up to 600 Amps. These clamps come complete with a small metal clamping plate that is used to give the best possible contact between the clamp and the work return lead cable core.
