GeKa SG70S-2 A15 2.4mm Rods - Sold per kilo

Designed for TIG welding mild steel and also low alloy steels. Triple deoxidized with added elements this rod is able to produce efficient welds even when the steel being welded is rusty, dirty or even painted with undercoat. Of course for best results we recommend using clean metal but sometimes this is not possible.

It is suitable for pipe welding and root passes for heavy vessel constructions. Additionally if you are planning to finish your work by galvanising or coating (such as powder coated) then this rod should be used over cheaper alternatives.

For best results please ensure pure argon is used as your gas of choice. The best bit is with GeKa you still have plenty of approvals so you can rest assured that your rods are excellent quality.
