Special Bulkhead Cutting Angled Nozzle with Single Flat Edge and 3 Pre-heats Many artisans will know this specialist cutting nozzle as the ARCNM , the traditional UK version was only available in a single size and had just two pre-heating flame cones. At Noz-Alls we have chosen this Nozzle as it provides improved performance and is typically easier to use. This ARCNM nozzle is bent to facilitate removal of bolt heads, rivet heads and protrusions from a surface allowing plates to be taken apart reworked and joined once more. Compared to the traditional curved ARCNM this design facilitates the easy removal of a bulkhead without "scarring" the other side. Running the flat edge of the nozzle across the base material ensures the cutting stream remains parallel to the base. Once the bulkhead has been removed there is very little material left to be cleaned (ground) away. This ARCNM cutting nozzle has 3 pre-heat flames instead of just 2 on the original ARCNM, the 3 pre-heat flames help to improve the cutting performance which makes the ARCNM nozzle far more useful, plus this nozzle is available in 4 sizes. The 4 sizes are available to cut from 3mm through to 100mm thickness
