HAND OPERATED SPOT WELDING GUN Type 7900 - 2 kVA

This model 7900 spot welding gun is relatively light weight and ideal for car body repair.
Built in electronic timer using Silcon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) providing from 2 to 65 cycles
To ensure a proper weld will be obtained the compensation circuit starts the timer only when there is a proper passage of current, which enables this spot welder to perform on oxidised sheets, on surfaces with paint residues and or on black sheets.
Welding force adjustment is made on the daN scale from 0 to 105 (with standard 125mm arms).
Optional longer spot welding arms are available to provide deeper throat depth.
To help improve the life of your spot welding machine the Tecna 7900 transformer has been coated with F class insulation material that does not dry out or become brittle. Test on the transformer are made using 4000 volts.
Wide choice of contact electrodes available.
