We do not sell the cheaper more 'basic' version of the Binzel MIG torches as the Evo or Grip torch as they are known provide miles better value for money with a ball jointed torch handle making movement of the torch easier which in turn should help you weld with less restriction. The MB36 is an air cooled torch and is rated to 320 Amps with CO2 and 290 Amps with mixed gases. These figures are based on a 60% duty cycle. Please remember when buying your torch that your machine also has a duty cycle figure so although you may have a machine that is more capable in maximum amps it may be fine to use with the MB36. Of course if you are only ever using low amps on a high power machine you may even be fine with an MB15. This torch is designed to take 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2mm wire. The torch is supplied with a liner suitable for 1.0 and 1.2mm wire.
