EL0502 - CWS Best MIG 200i Welder
Product Code: EL0502
After many months of this product being in development we are proud to have the first in our own range of welders available to you. This machine is a true 200A MIG welder with the added benefit of also being a 160A MMA / Stick welder.
All machines are tested by Noz-Alls before being sold to ensure total customer satisfaction - importantly even though we have tested the machines your two year warranty will start from the date of sale.
With good strong metal wire feed system and decent sized 40W motor through to the genuine Binzel B25 3m euro torch - we have designed this machine to be a 'no-brainer' option when compared to machines of a similar price and even £200 more.
The 60% duty cycle at full power (measured at 40C) should enable you to weld to your hearts content without hitting the thermal overload limit.
Quick glance spec.
Digital amperage display for both MIG & MMA - view welding current change 1 amp at a time
Welding current range extended down to 20 Amps infinitely variable between 20 and 200 Amps
60% duty cycle at full power - 200 Amps @ 40C - keeps you welding after others give up.
100% duty cycle at 150 Amps measured at 40 C
IGBT technology inverter - more efficient and easier to use than a transformer
Wire Feed Button - to assist with loading wire
Soft start - When MIG welding wire only feeds slowly until the welding arc has been established
Burn Back Control - Power setting, wire size & technique may require "burn back" adjustment
Post flow to protect from end of weld porosity
Metal Wire Feed - 2 roll (40 watt motor) - look at the picture most low cost welders have the plastic type
The large 40 Watt wire drive motor ensures more reliable and consistent wire feeding infinitely variable between 2 to 15 m / min.
3m Euro Torch - Binzel Original B25 - Option of the Binzel B25 4m euro torch
3m Work Return Lead with dinse plug and proper 250A welding crocodile earth clamp
3m MMA Lead with dinse plug and multi-position crocodile electrode holder
Gasless welding polarity reversal made more simple when welding with flux cored wire.
Flowtube Regulator - indicates actual flow unlike a 2 gauge regulator. The flowtube helps ensure accurate flow setting and economy
5 Spare Contact Tips - Binzel MB25 0,6mm, 0,8mm & 1,0mm
1 Spare Shroud - Binzel MB25 conical shroud
1kg of Wire ER70S-6 either 0,6mm or 0,8mm or 1,0mm
