GB0301 - Welding Nozzle for Light Weight shank

These nozzles are less bulky than the "Swaged" series and preferred by many users as the torch and nozzle combination is light and easy to manipulate.  These smaller torches are often referred to as "Aircraft" torches as they are small, light weight and easy to manipulate.

Sizes available are No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 18 & 25.
The size refers to the volume in cubic feet of actylene burnt in one hour.  Each nozzle when set correctly - yellow flame with no black soot, then brought to a nautral condition - should have a 50% turn down ratio.
The size of the nozzle orifice only vary a hundreth of a millimeter from 1 size to the next so it is important to purchase good quality nozzles to be sure you get the size you need with the proper flame shape.

Although these nozzles are produced from small diameter tube they are not easily bent.
