H 6290 G #1 to #3
Oxy / Acetylene gouging nozzles designed to work with the 62-5A Harris style cutting torch. The H6290 G#1 has been designed to be more stable than the original Harris nozzle, size 1 will operate safely from 1 large acetylene cylinder, due to the acetylene flow rate the #2 & #3 need to operate from 2 to 3 acetylene cylinders per nozzle.
Acetylene nozzles should not be used on the 62-5F (propane / methane) torch as the incorrect injector will be unstable should a backfire occur - which can be induced due to the gouging process.
Nozzles designed for use to remove tack welds and seam welds to enable repositioning and rework to take place.
These nozzles are similar to the Harris 6290G but made to our own engineering drawings, the design has been improved to perform as well or better than the Harris original product.
See also our H6290G - Skid range which also feature a wear skid and head nut.
