Simply the draw at the bottom is removed and the water cooler is located into place. This is the first of Jasic's water cooled 3 Phase separates range which includes the trolley and wheeled wire feed unit. It will take a wide range of wire diameters from 0.6mm wire right through to 1.2mm. Using an IGBT power source this machine setup is a formidable piece of kit and will run at 350 amps for a 40% duty cycle subject to 40°C temperatures.
