Lt. Wt. Flexible Welding Nozzle
Light Weight (Lt. wt.) flexible welding nozzle available in sizes #1, #2, #3, #5 designed to screw directly into the FN / Orbit / Saffire Lite acetylene welding mixer. All the sizes are suitable for use with the HobbyWeld portapak size acetylene cylinder. The Noz-Alls brand Flexible welding nozzles are superior to most as they have a swaged copper tip flame outlet instead of the lower cost brass drilled tip.
Nozzles are supplied in the straight condition with only annealed tube at each end, to be able to bend the tube where required it is important to heat the middle tube section to dull red and quench in cold water so as to anneal the copper tube thereby allowing the flexible nozzle to be bent,
