Based on experience from more than 2,000 individual welding installations, we can provide straightforward and reliable standard solutions for MIG process; ready for integration with new as well as old robots and automated devices.

Interdependent peripheral equipment for Migatronic robotic and automated solutions makes the technical integration uncomplicated.

Basic MIG packages include SIGMA GALAXY 400 or 500 ROBO power source desidned for automated welding with the following equipment:

• RWF² incl. wire drive rolls
• Remote MIG²
• RCI² Robot Control Interface incl. 6 m cable
• IGC^® (Intelligent gas Control) with flow control
• Water cooling unit incl. flow switch
• MigaLOG™
• Triple CAN plug
• Galaxy graphic control panel (included in Sigma Galaxy 400)
• Program package: Standard, Standard Plus or Special 
• Rack or standard trolley

• IAC^TM mild steel licence (only Galaxy 400)
