The AB Atom / Blockdusen hand cutting nozzle has been manufactured from solid copper, the outer surface being hard nickel chrome plated to help prevent spatter / dross from adhering to the external surface and tip face, all of which helps to extended the working life of the cutting nozzle plus ensures artisans are able to work for extended periods. Pre-mix nozzle for use with injector torches that have "Linde" style two cone seat such as Australian CIG style, many German styles and American L-TEC Oxweld style seat configurations. This seat style was used with the BOC "Cutogen" range of oxy / acetylene cutting nozzles before the introduction of the BOC ANM. As with other pre-mix injector nozzles the common mixed gas gallery feeds all the pre-heat flames and this helps to maintain even height pre-heat flames all with the same level of mix.
