NNANME10 - Acetylene Cutting Nozzle ANME-10 HD 2,8mm to 5,0mm

When you need the unique heat input ability of oxy / acetylene this is the nozzle which will achieve results.  The ANME-10 cutting nozzle fits the standard nozzle mix cutting blowpipes. The NM500 should be used for the larger size nozzles as the NM500 has the high flow cutting oxygen valve.  Generally the best results will be achieved using the 180 degree head as this prevents the torch from "lifting off" when the cutting lever is depressed which means the artisan is not straining to maintain the torch level.  If a 90 degree head is required then the double roller guide may be helpful as the torch can be maintained at a constant height using the roller guide.

Thick section heavy duty ANME-10 cutting nozzle is of nozzle mix design, this nozzle reqires a minimum of 3 large industrial Acetylene cylinders to be coupled together to supply a single nozzle to ensure sufficient acetylene flow so as not to "under run" the nozzle.  The 3 way adaptor and "pig tails" are available from Noz-Alls.  The extra heat from oxy / acetylene is often required with difficult to cut alloyed steels.

The ANME HD-10 has 10 pre-heat flames instead of the normal 6.
