Powder Cutting Attachment

The Noz-Alls powder cutting attachment has been designed to fit the Excalibur NM torch range plus should fit most good quality extended length (700 - 900mm) nozzle mix cutters typically the NM400 & NM500 cutting torches. As mentioned the powder cutting attachment correctly fits to our Excalibur NM500. Please remember that our Excalibur NM500 is a better quality and more robust cutting torch than all the cheap competitors torches plus the Excalibur torch will be as good or better than the premium brand cutting torches at a comparable price. Utilizing the Excalibur NM500 for powder cutting it is generally possible to achieve a maximum cut depth up to 300mm with the correct nozzle. Adding the iron powder allows for the cutting of cast iron, stainless steel, aluminium, armour plate and other special highly alloyed steels. Powder cutting is also possible with machine cutting torches for mechanised cutting.
