The rods are 300 mm long - weight per rod approx. 40 grams These rods may be used for copper pipe fittings, plumbing installations, finishing work on metal panels plus is also useful in the food stuffs industry. These rods may be used for "lead filling" of automotive bodywork panels. If you have a car which requires the panels to be "lead filled to give the correct curve then these SIF AutoTin rods are just what you need. The solder rods composition is 92 % tin and 8% copper - melting temperature range 227C to 418C EN ISO 9453:2006 s-Sn92Cu8
