Frequently it is necessary to warm parts to help remove them or to form parts after other processes have been carried out.

These heating nozzles fit as a direct replacement in the NM250 / NM500 cutting torch inplace of the ANM / ANME cutting nozzle. Having no cutting hole using these heating nozzles ensures that no "scarring" can take place if the cutting lever is pressed accidently which is a problem that occurs when using conventional cutting tips to heat items.

These NM heating nozzles are safe to use due to the nozzle mix pronciple, however as with any acetylene fuelled nozzle having sufficient acetylene flow is vitally important. Several of these larger size heating tips require a minimum of two industrial acetylene cylinders to supply enough acetylene flow.
