We are delighted to inform you that a new release of Sage CRM 2022 R1 is now available from Onesys.

New features in this release include:

Changes in Support Platforms – including support for Azure SQL databases, SQL 2019 express and the retirement of support for Internet Explorer 11

User Experience Improvements – including auto-refresh of the calendar list and resizable table columns for email templates

Administration Features – including mass delete of historic communications, batch change of territory for leads, cases or opportunities and additional data integrity rules

6. Ian Thomas Joins Our Account Management team.

ian-thomas.jpgIan has a strong background in Account Management and ERP sales. He joins us with a wealth of experience in Sage (Accountants Division), Apple Computers (education) and Pegasus BDM. Fully AAT qualified and with experience in supporting high profile accounts such as Manchester City Football Club and Chevron Aviation we’re confident that Ian will be a real asset to our customers and our team.

In his spare time Ian enjoys socialising with his family and friends, watching sport (especially motor sport and rugby) and music.
