Hikvsion Hiwatch IPC-T640-Z is a 4MP IP network turret dome camera with 2.8mm - 12mm motorized lens and 30m IR range.The IR LEDs and lens are kept in separate windows to minimize any IR reflection into the lens. Digital Wide Dynamic Range and 3D digital noise reduction are used in conjunction with the IR LEDs to provide images in total darkness up to 30m.
