General Applications

The TW45 hand stretch wrap machines are extensively used in supermarkets, butchers, grocers and contract packers, for wrapping meat, fish, cheese, fruit and vegetables. Length 622mm Width 525mm Height 114mm The sealing hotplate has a rigidized stainless steel cover, 150mm X 305mm. Temperature range 90 to 130C controlled by an adjustable energy regulator. A mild steel Teflon coated hotplate cover can also be supplied for use with stretch films requiring higher sealing temperatures. The film is cut using a 0.020" Dia. Nichrome resistance hot wire. A low voltage twin bobin insulated transformer supplies 7 volts at 2 AMP to this circuit. This machine is manufactured using zinc coated mild steel and epoxy powder coated white.
