Manufactured in the UK by S J H Row, this maple butcher block sets the standard for quality and suitability.
Carefully handcrafted, you will be delivered a "Rolls-Royce" block made out of finest Canadian rock maple wood and prepared with a moisture content level to suit the typical temperature and environment of a butcher shop in our climatic zone.
To cater for wear and tear on the block, it is recommended that it is rotated weekly and turned over monthly.
Clean daily with a wire brush or a block scraper, then uses a cloth sanitizer.
Dry cloth first, do not use a lot of water on the block, since it is very absorbent.
This procedure can be documented as part of your HACCP plan and is easily demonstrable during any audits.
