These wooden skewers have a paddle end to help you hold them, and they also have a sharp, pointed end to help you push them through the food.

These skewers are perfectly suitable for use on a barbeque. However, for an even better finish, particularly when leaving them on the grill for long periods of time, we recommend soaking them in cold water for 30 minutes prior to use.
