Bar Knife/ Lemon Slicer.

A black handled bar knife for lemon, lime and general behind the bar fruit slicing.  You can't serve a coke with a slice of lemon, nor a gin and tonic without lime!  This useful bar knife not only cuts your citrus fruit using the serrated edged knife, but with the two prongs you can easily use the knife to pop the sliced fruit hygienically into the glass.  This handy bar knife has a black handle and a serrated stainless steel blade with a forked end.  Of course when using bar knives you will require a chopping board.  Behind the bar or at home use with our Bonzer Bar Board or our small white chopping board.
