The Novo brews directly into a 1.7 litre glass decanter and comes supplied with 2 decanters. The two self-regulating hot plates of the Novo keep the coffee at the right temperature for serving. This coffee machine is user-friendly and does not require a lot of maintenance. Thanks to the manual-fill water system you can place the Novo 2 unit anywhere! This coffee machine is ideal if you always need coffee on standby for your busy coffee shop or hotel. This popular coffee machine is able to produced 18 litres (144 cups) per hour. It takes just 5 minutes to brew 1 decanter of coffee and between the two decanters, there is a holding capacity of 24 cups.
