This Burco Countertop Convection Oven CTCO01 is a large convection oven which is highly versatile and comes complete with a fitted plug ready for use. This countertop convection oven has an efficient air circulation system which means heat is distributed evenly and the number of cold spots is minimised. This convection oven is a truly versatile piece of catering equipment; it bakes, roasts, holds and grills, and is suitable for cooking a number of different foods including joints of meat, bakery products, vegetables, and pizza to name a few. This Burco oven holds up to 4 x 1/1 Gastronorm containers to maximise space and make best use of the capacity. It has a toughened twin-pane glass door – and is robust enough to withstand a busy commercial kitchen.
