The Cap-On Pourer is a type of speed pourer with a hole instead of a spout.  At the end of the shift the original screw top cap can be screwed back on to the bottle. The Cap On Pourer help prevent evaporation and fruit flies, whilst offering a smooth, precision pour for the bartender.
