Designed to keep a whole range of items cool, from continental breakfast items like meats and cheeses, to sandwiches, pastries, cakes and snacks, this lightweight and easily portable food service cooling unit is the ideal item for attractive, chilled food presentation.

Using the food service cooling unit couldn't be simpler. Simply freeze the ice packs that come supplied with the unit, put them inside, and place the polycarbonate roll top (which can be opened from either side!) on the top of the unit to keep your cold goods chilled.

The unit comes also features a high grade stainless steel tray, which is a full 1/1 gastronorm size, and 20mm deep.
The food service cooling unit is supplied with 4 ice packs. Additional packs can be purchased separately.
The food service cooling unit comes with one lid. Additional lids can be purchased separately and will fit 1/1 chafing dishes.
