This Instanta sous vide water bath has been designed with full consultation with award winning chefs to create a piece of catering equipment that will become invaluable in your restaurant kitchen. The water bath features highly accurate temperature control, circulated water for constant temperatures throughout the baths, plenty of options for separating portions and reliable boil dry protection to produce food that is tender and full of flavour. To help with the cooking process, this water bath has a digital display includes both 'set' and 'actual' temperature control to within 0.1 °C. Additional features of this Instanta sous vide water bath is that it has a low water level warning including boil dry protection to ensure that food is cooked perfectly. Additionally, the unique agitation pumps the water regularly around the bath to eliminate hot and cold spots. This piece of catering equipment item also has five timers including hours, minutes and seconds to aide with the perfect cooking and a removable stainless steel rack system for suspending pouches.
