The LEC LC400 has a white body with a stainless steel lid, which not only offers a stylish appearance but the top can be used as a food prep counter for added kitchen prep space. This chest freezer from Lec has an Ozone friendly R134a refrigerant. The CF400 catering chest freezer from Lec also has a temperature range from -18°C to -34°C – for the safe storage of food at temperatures that conform to food hygiene standards. Also on this commercial freezer, there is a fast freeze option – the freezer immediately drops to the lowest temperature for food that needs to be rapidly frozen. This commercial freezer also has a temperature display which saves the chest freezer being opened to check the temperature, and a temperature warning light which allows you to see straight away if the unit has dropped out of the required temperature.
