Automatic Pallet wrapping system for English Provender Company

The English Provender Company manufacturer and pack a range of condiments, chutneys and dressings. They have a wide variety of sizes from 100g jars to 25kg tubs. Auto pallet wrapper Penn Packaging has recently supplied an automatic pallet wrapping system to wrap pallets of the tubs of condiments. Due to the variety of customers, the ‘Line’ automatic wrapper had to be able to deal with a large range of different size pallet loads, anything from one layer high to five layers high. The pallets are fed in from the conveyor and automatically driven into the wrapper system. Once the pallet is finished its wrapping cycle it is automatically discharged onto the driven roller conveyor into the warehouse.
