Custom made Metal Cabinet for a Pressurisation Unit

Perancea were asked to build a robust Pressurisation Unit steel cabinet to house a water tank, two pumps and the electronic controls for a pressurisation unit for a central heating application. The prime considerations were quality, strength and to minimise the cost. It was important that the unit could support a tank full of water and withstand the vibration from the pumps. The final cabinet needed to give the appearance of being strong whilst having ergonomic lines and finished in the customers corporate livery. To achieve the desired parameters, 1.5mm mild steel was used throughout for strength, the unit is bolted together to eliminate the cost of welding and the finish was a two-pack enamel paint. The result was a robust cost effective metal cabinet, with clean lines, painted to the customers specified colours.
