Multiblend MB015 Powder Blender The MB015 is ideal for tumble blending applications such as sample preparation, formulation development and even very small scale manufacturing. It is ideal for blending both powders and granules. The compact design of the MB015 enables it to be used on a bench top or it can be mounted on a special trolley for added mobility. Quickly and easily remove one blending container and replace it with another. The MB015 can handle any shape of blending container (drum, IBC, double-cone or V-shell) Hand operated clamp. The drive shaft is extended to support the container whilst the clamp is tightened Suitable for all container shapes Blend with containers of any shape and any size (up to 15 litres). All blending containers are quickly and easily interchanged. Blending Containers The MB015 blender can handle any shape of blending container Operator Controls The MB0015 is supplied with easy to use HMI Controls as standard. HMI features include: 2 line LCD control panel Allows the operator to input blend parameters such as blend time and blend speed Provides the operator instructions, machine status and an error message HMI Operator Controls Panel HMI controls are easy to use.
