Rigid Extrusions

We produce an ever increasing variety of rigid profiles in a variety of colours, including clear. Again these can be produced in UV stabilised material for outdoor use profiles. Tooling for these profiles is more complex as sizing plates and sometimes vacuum calibration jigs are required to set the shape in the water cooling carriage. The largest width profile we are able to extrude is approximately 145 m/m.
