Tell us a little about you, what you guys do, and how it all began? Established in 1980, Heat Connection is one of the leaders in providing heating system maintenance and ventilation system maintenance in Aberdeen and the greater North East Scotland area. Our staff includes 11 fully qualified heating and ventilation engineers who can provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair to your home or business. How long have you been working with Powrmatic? We carry out all aspects of heating works – oil and gas. From emergency boiler repair and breakdown service to regular boiler maintenance, Heat Connection is your source for oil and gas boiler servicing in Aberdeen. We are Oftec and Gas Safe certified-trained technicians. Your boiler should be serviced regularly to avoid any emergency situations, but should one arise we are a phone call away for inspection and repair services. never 2 days the same – which makes working in the heating trade great Whats the most useful bit of kit in your toolbox? Has to be the Electrical Multi-meter a must for all types of faultfinding and maintenance. Whats your favourite Powrmatic product to install and why? The VPX is a great idea and being floor standing makes it very accessible for servicing and fault finding etc Balanced flue keeps the appliance safer than open flued appliance. What does the future hold for you, and the HVAC industry as a whole? Looking forward to tomorrows technology interacting with the systems in place as it stands unsure if larger oil and gas heaters can be replaced with any form of renewables but looking forward to finding out.
