Specialised Sealing Products

Our automated press is quick and efficient at turning around large order quantities. The maximum roll width for this machine is 1.5 metres, but it can handle any length on its continuous belt feed.  This machine is capable of cutting textiles, rubbers and sponges and thin gauge plastics. The first step in our process is to prepare and check the design file.  We use the latest computer-aided design (CAD) technology to design and develop products and parts. Drawings are accepted by email, the most common files used are dxf, dwg, cf2 and those which can be converted.  The file is then networked to our laser cutting machine for production.
