James Edwards one of our engineers working from our Thirsk depot was called out to a lift that was, shall we say, a bit under the weather. In James own words “Monday morning was off to a flyer with a Skyjack Inc. 6832RT feeling sorry for itself trying to drive backwards when operating forwards and visa versa, as well as refusing to move depending upon what drive speed it was in🏁Few relays checked for fitness as well as wiring. 2 new shiny valves complete with coils fitted to the hydraulic manifold all before 9am ready for the customer to use on arrival to site🔧👷🏼‍♂️ Fastest machine in the fleet now🏎💨” We pride ourselves on our customer service and prompt reaction in the event of a breakdown. Priority is to avoid or minimise disruption and downtime to our customers projects. Well done James.
