With 5 specialist CNC Machining centres linked to industry standard CAD software alongside a highly experienced design team, Premier Tooling Systems is able to machine to 2000mm on the X Axis, 1100mm on the Y Axis and 750mm on the Z Axis.
All our machines have been calibrated and verified to industry standards including Renishaw QC10 Ballbar and the Renishaw XL-80 Laser System, ensuring Quality Assurance for all our products.
