What is machine control?

Machine control refers to systems that are installed on construction plant to sense and monitor the position of the bucket/blade or other equipment, this information is show directly to the plant operator in real-time. The information the operator sees allows him to complete work right first time. Machine control systems have been shown to give productivity benefits of up to 30% these benefits come from:
