Last week our Operational Support Manager Blogged about how Protective Packaging’s Company Lunches are arranged. Following on from that, Nicola from our Accounts Department wanted to give you an attendee’s view! At Protective Packaging Ltd we like to keep everybody fully informed and up to date with what is happening within the company; so after the end of each quarter we all get together at our company lunch. During the summer we like to arrange a garden party and have a BBQ. Sadly this month, the weather was not very kind to us, so rather than erecting Blue Case Lining for shade from the sun and covering the picnic tables with Aluminium Foil we had to use the canteen instead, however, PP0038 was still used to cover the serving tables. During these company lunches, in addition to updates from the management team, we also celebrate awards handed to the nominated colleagues for the employee of the month award, the employee of the quarter award and finally, the super suggestion award. A Super Suggestion Award is awarded to an employee whose suggestion for a way to improve Protective Packaging Ltd’s service and commitment to their customers has been implemented! We also celebrate special birthdays, announce engagements, weddings, and any new arrivals, be they new people joining the Protective Packaging Ltd family or colleagues on the arrival of their babies.
