It is with great pleasure to announce the forthcoming launch of Warm Air Heaters range of Destratification Fans. The units are to be manufactured at our own facility in Cannock and marketed under the Warm Air Heaters brand name. Our metalwork is manufactured from Galvanized Steel sheet and Powder Coated inside and out for increased corrosion resistance. The fan front is finished with a protective mesh to protect the fan. Our quality fans are sourced from within the UK and all units will be wired and fully tested. Thermostats are installed for heat recovery units or can be supplied without electrics for Building Management Systems integration or for frost operation from other controls. Our unique and attractive body looks aesthetically pleasing, provides additional construction strength and offers a reduction in noise during operation. There will be initially four fan models to choose from, each with different air flow and mounting height characteristics. details will be available soon when the brochure has been finalised. We will have stock ready for the forthcoming heating season. Heat Recovery Models Supplied With Thermostat And Wiring Box Frost / BMS Models Supplied With Fan Only For OEM Integration ATEX / Hazardous Locations – UK First ATEX models available 2016 Digital Destratification – Unique control system available 2016 ATEX – Hazardous Area Fans Our ATEX models will be unique for the UK, allowing heat destratification in hazardous locations. Our standard metal body is modified for increased earthing and supplied with a fully ATEX certified fan and integrated motor, wiring to be completed on site during installation by CompEX electrician. We hope to have certification during 2016. Digital Destratification – Unique Control System A computer based control unit replaces the standard mechanical thermostat and allow remote control and programming from ground level using RF protocol. Two separate digital temperature sensors monitor ambient and air flow to allow for differential control. Fan turn on temperature and minimum airflow temperature (fan off) can therefore individually be set. Ideal for use above operatives to turn the fan off when draft feels cold. Digital sensors allow extremely precise control. Each fan can be given a unique address between 1 and 32 and the hand held controller remembers the settings of all fans. This allows fans in different areas to be easily programmed at will. Fan remembers program and will self start following power cut back into last operation mode. Hand held LCD controller available to program the fans. From the design offset we decided the hand held controller must be cheap to manufacture to allow small installations to benefit from using the system. The controllers will retail less than £50.00. Full back lit LCD display with six buttons, hand held case, easy to use. Multiple fan modes. On, Off, Frost and Eco (heat recovery) modes available. “Blast Stream” technology ensures the program reaches the fan without ambient interference. Unique custom RF 433Mhz (unlicensed frequency) protocol reduces noise and allows up to 80M transmission inside buildings. We are proud to have developed all hardware, pcb design and software in house. A total custom solution built from the ground up specifically for destratification fan control.
